Strongly committed to customer service excellence, we focus on the continuous optimization of our services, so feedback of our customers plays a vital part in our business. Over the past 3 months, we have carried out an extensive customer satisfaction survey throughout the EMEA region, with more than 150 customers generously giving their time to provide detailed responses.
Initial results show that, our customers are generally very positive about our products, product related support, as well as our external and internal sales processes.
We are continuously conducting a full review of our activities, focusing on any areas of concern, to define what needs to be done as a matter of priority. We will continue to carry out monthly surveys to measure our ongoing performance as we move forward. A continuous dialogue with our customers will help us to gain an even better understanding of market needs and expectations, and drive further improvements to our products and services.
